Orders made through such platforms will be governed by the respective platform’s cancellation policy.
- Finality of Sale: All sales are final after the 2-hour cancellation window. Once an order enters the processing or shipping stages, it is irrevocable, and no cancellations or refunds will be issued.
2. Order Cancellation Window
- Cancellation Period: Customers are permitted to cancel their orders only within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Strict Timeframe: The 2-hour cancellation period is enforced with no exceptions to ensure efficient order processing and minimize disruptions.
- Example: An order placed at 1:00 PM must be canceled by 3:00 PM on the same day to be eligible for cancellation.

- Irrevocability After Processing: Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stages, cancellation is no longer possible. This includes any stage of production, packaging, or handover to shipping carriers.

- Shipping: Once the order is in transit, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the customer. At this point, the cancellation is no longer feasible.
